We service every make and model — petrol, diesel, hybrid — and we follow the manufacturer's own schedule for your car, not a generic checklist. If we find something during the service — a worn pad, a weeping hose, a tyre on its way out — we photograph it and text you a quote. You decide what gets done. Nothing is added to the bill without your say-so, and if you'd rather leave it for now, that's fine; it goes on your record as an advisory.
Add the £45 MOT when you book and we'll do both while the car's with us. The MOT is VAT-exempt and priced separately, so you can see exactly what you're paying for each.
No. Under UK block exemption rules you can have your car serviced by any garage, provided OE-quality parts are used and the manufacturer's schedule is followed. We do both and stamp your service record.
Bronze once a year or every 10,000 miles for a well-kept car. Silver if it's due filters and a fuller check. Gold every two years or 20,000 miles, or before a long trip or a sale. Not sure? Enter your reg on the booking page and we'll suggest what's due.
Yes — we use the grade and specification your manufacturer calls for, including long-life and low-SAPS oils where required. Up to 5 litres is included; larger engines that need more are quoted before we start.
A Bronze takes around two hours, Silver two and a half, Gold about three. You're welcome to wait, but most people drop the car and we text when it's ready — or we can collect and return it free locally.
